Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting U.S.-based customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience every time they reach out. Whether it’s answering questions, providing support, or resolving concerns, you’ll be making a real impact.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from U.S. customers
  • Offer accurate and helpful information using our internal tools and systems
  • Support customers with empathy, professionalism, and product knowledge
  • Occasionally upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience


Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate systems
  • Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work evening/overnight shifts
