• Handle incoming communications from customers via voice, chat, or email.
• Research and provide accurate answers to customer inquiries.
• Assist accommodation partners with questions regarding room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet tools.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive experience.

• Fluent in Croatian and English (both written and spoken).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate and obtain work authorization.
