In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking information about their insurance policies, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

• Handle incoming calls and chats from clients regarding various aspects of their insurance policies.
• Process requests through our policy administration system, including writing and sending correspondence, contract documents, and other relevant information.
• Perform indexing and electronic archiving using our document management tools.
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details as necessary.
• Process claims and cancellations in accordance with company procedures.

• High level of English proficiency (both oral and written).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a formal and diplomatic approach.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

• Full-time position with indefinite contract (subject to experience and client needs).
